Cloud DevOps
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science
- Fresh graduates preferred
- Ability to work in rotations
- Applications should be flexible with scheduled changes to meet business needs
Nice to have:
- Have a technological mindset, technical background knowledge and willingness to learn.
- We like to share our knowledge support your development.
- Have experience in service and application troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience with Windows/Linux environment.
- Understanding to work with on-Prem and any public cloud service provider (Azure,AWS,GCP)
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and tools like as GIT, Jenkins, basic CI/CD understanding and Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages C#,Java etc.
- knowledge in any of the Bash and/or Powershell scripting.
- Any certification in Microsoft, Linux or similar technology is plus.
What you’ll get to do:
- Provide support service for system key users and IT professionals by setting up, maintaining & troubleshooting customer applications and services.
- Diagnose and resolve a broad range if IT service desk requests both remotely and in person, receiving requests from multiple channels.
- Investigate and solve incidents and potential threats on the application & infrastructure level.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor multi-technology platforms, solutions and serves on Azure cloud.
- Work in a multi-system (Linux, Windows) Azure environment.
- Work as an integral part of an open-minded team collaborating with internal projects & developer teams.
