Our Refund Policy accompanies every online purchase, subject to specific conditions outlined herein.
At UpSkeel, we offer diverse service solutions and course offerings, committed to delivering prompt, reliable, and outstanding service guarantees to our valued customers and clients. Each service available on the UpSkeel website undergoes thorough project analysis, supported by a comprehensive scope document to ensure clarity for our customers. We prioritize time punctuality and strive to minimize class cancellations. Therefore, refunds are subject to predefined conditions.
While your genuine training needs led you to us, should you find that the selected training does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to provide feedback to management for resolution. Please note, once training is confirmed, a no-refund policy applies, as detailed below:
- We are not liable to provide refunds for delays or disruptions caused by third-party involvement.
- Last-minute cancellations of enrolments may be considered, but refunds will not be provided.
- Unprofessional behaviour with any of our associates during class, sessions or over call with any staff, trainer, instructor, representative or management may result in immediate termination from the course or service without refunds.
- UpSkeel reserves the right to revise course fees without prior notice, with no refunds for any comparatively additional amounts paid.
- Cancellations due to illness or personal/professional reasons will not qualify for refunds. However, UpSkeel may offer alternative options based on management discretion.
- The management and trainers endeavor diligently to fulfil your expectations and adhere to the schedule. However, uncertainties are inherent in various situations, some of which may be beyond our control. Consequently, refund requests for postponed online classes or services by the Trainer/Management cannot be accommodated.
- Refunds will not be granted if the participant failed to complete the course or achieve desired outcomes. Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching methodology, unless deemed appropriate by UpSkeel.com management.
Refund will be processed within 15 days following management approval in certain case only:
- UpSkeel reserves the right to change event locations, postpone, or cancel events/batches due to various reasons. In such cases, participants can opt for future online sessions or receive a 100% refund if they choose not to switch. Participants seeking a refund must submit a formal request to UpSkeel.com via email.
